Hope Logan, played by Kim Matula from 2010 to 2016 on The Bold and the Beautiful, is the daughter of Brooke Logan and Deacon Sharpe. Raised by Brooke and her husband Ridge Forrester, Hope faced challenges due to her family's scandals from a young age.

Kim entered as a teenage Hope on The Bold and the Beautiful. Hope saved herself from an attempt of r*pe by photographer Graham Darros. She started dating Oliver Jones, who, very unfortunately, had an 'accidental' drunken one-night stand with her mother, Brooke, the night of Hope's high school graduation.

Hope later fell in love with Liam Spencer. Steffy Forrester interfered in the relationship between Liam and Hope, who continuously pursued Liam. Upon seeing Liam kiss Steffy, Hope called the wedding off, which resulted in Steffy and Liam getting hitched. Liam was always divided between Hope and Steffy, creating this very intense love triangle.

Steffy faked some medical problems to keep Liam, but Hope later reunited with him. This tussle of emotions led to Hope developing an addiction to anxiety pills.

When Hope Logan had finally healed, she and Liam were set to marry in Italy. However, Liam found comfort with Steffy, believing Hope had left him. Attempts to reconcile failed, leading Hope to end things with Liam and move on with Wyatt Spencer, Liam's half-brother. They married in a whirlwind romance after discovering that Hope was pregnant.

Tragically, Hope miscarried and left Los Angeles to cope with the loss. In Milan, she struggled to let go of her feelings for Liam while dating others. Upon returning to L.A., she concentrated on her career. Eventually, she agreed to stay out of Liam and Steffy's marriage as a favor to her mother.

Kim was born on August 23, 1988. She debuted as Tara Conner in the 2008 comedy film Queen Size. The actress's most notable work was as Hope Logan in the CBS television soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful.

In 2014, she was nominated for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series at the Daytime Emmy Awards. In an Instagram post shared by Kim on November 5, 2014. She confirmed shooting her last scene on The Bold and the Beautiful and expressed her gratitude. She further added:

"I made the incredibly difficult decision not to resign my contract so that I could spread my wings as an actor and see what this big beautiful world has to offer."
