Claire Grace first appeared on The Young and the Restless as Nikki's assistant, but it was later revealed that she had much more of a backstory than expected. She believed her family had abandoned her at birth, but later found out that her aunt had actually stolen her from her crib.

Claire is revealed to be the daughter of Victoria and Cole. Her aunt Jordan had kidnapped her and declared the baby stillborn to the couple. She proceeded to manipulate Claire as she grew up.

Once Jordan was jailed for her doing, Claire decided to try and live more of a normal life. In between during Jordan's imprisonment, Claire also went missing.
