A recap of Willow Tait's journey on General Hospital

Willow Tait’s journey on General Hospital started when she met Michael Corinthos III in a support group for people dealing with loss. Initially grieving the loss of her son, Willow revealed she had given the child up for adoption to protect him from his father, Shiloh, the leader of a dangerous cult.

While trying to build a relationship with Detective Harrison Chase, Willow faced many problems, like Shiloh trying to take her son, Wiley, away and her own imprisonment for refusing to disclose Wiley’s adoption records.

With help from her friends and family, Willow managed to get through these tough times. But then she found out that Shiloh was responsible for her father’s death. Even though she lost her job as a teacher, Willow started over and eventually became a teacher in the pediatric department at General Hospital.

Her strength, her determination to protect Wiley, and her growing relationships have made her one of the most interesting characters in Port Charles.
