The development in the General Hospital star Jonny Wactor’s murder case

Jonny Wactor from General Hospital was killed in an attempt at a robbery incident that occurred on the 1200 block of Hope Street in downtown Los Angeles. In the recent development in the case, the police have arrested four men who have been charged in connection with the murder and attempt to robbery.

Robert Barceleau 18, Leonel Gutierrez 18, Sergio Estrada 18, and Frank Olano 22, are the four men who have been charged under various sections. Robert Barceleau who is from Huntington Park, faced the murder charge and a special circumstance allegation of killing during the commission of a robbery.

The charge involves a potential sentence of life in prison with no relaxation for parole. Barceleau also faces the charges of an attempt at robbery and grand theft, both with the added allegation of being armed with a firearm.

Sergio Estrada, who is also 18 years old, has been charged with murder, but his charges do not include the special circumstance charge. He is also facing charges of attempted robbery and grand theft, and it is claimed that he was armed during the incident.

Leonel Gutierrez, the third suspect, is charged with attempted robbery and grand theft, and it is also claimed that he was armed. The fourth suspect is Frank Olano, a 22-year-old boy from Inglewood, who is charged with helping after the crime, receiving stolen items, and having a gun despite being convicted in the past.

During a press conference, District Attorney Gascón offered his sympathies to General Hospital's Jonny Wactor's loved ones, recognizing that the legal actions taken are not much comfort given their sorrow. He also pointed out that there is ongoing help provided by the Bureau of Victim Services.

The Los Angeles Police Department has received compliments for its persistent efforts to find the people involved in the crime. Interim Chief Dominic Choi talked about the hard work of the Central Bureau homicide investigators, which included gathering fingerprints, and DNA, looking at videos, and carrying out almost 50 searches with legal permission.

Even though there has been some progress in the case, some people are still not satisfied, because the suspects are not being charged with gang-related crimes, even though they are said to be part of a gang.

Moses Castillo, who speaks for the "Justice for Johnny" campaign for the General Hospital star, is worried about the charges and hopes that the investigation will find more reasons to add more serious charges or even federal charges. The case is still changing as the police learn more about the suspects' past and their possible gang ties.
