LeBron James, the greatest NBA scorer of all time, already has one of his sons, Bronny James, in the NBA. The LA Lakers selected the 19-year-old in the second round of the 2024 NBA Draft. LeBron's second son, Bryce James, is currently a member of the 2025 class and is one of the most talked-about athletes in the country.

The three-star recruit is ranked No. 126 nationally and is the 31st-best shooting guard in the country, as per On3 Industry Rankings. He is also the 13th-best prospect from the state of California. He played his high school basketball at Sierra Canyon High School.

Although Bryce hasn't announced his commitment yet, multiple colleges are in the running to sign the 6-foot-4 shooting guard. Let's take a look at the programs interested in acquiring the youngster's services.

3 teams that can target Bryce James

#3. USC

USC is familiar with the James family as it enjoyed the services of Bronny James during his college career. The Trojans have shown interest in signing Bronny's younger brother, Bryce James. The three-star recruit took a visit with them in October last year.

Although Bryce hasn't received an offer from USC yet, the 6-foot-4 shooting guard was on campus for an unofficial visit. Bronny's association with the Trojans could play a huge role in recruiting his younger brother.

#2. Duquesne

Duquesne was the first college to extend an offer to Bryce James in August 2022. It remains one of only two teams to have made an offer to the young shooting guard.

Duquesne is a mid-major program, but the coaching staff is acquainted with the James family. Keith Dambrot, the Dukes' former head coach, previously coached LeBron in high school. Dru Joyce III, the current head coach, played with LeBron at St. Vincent-St. Mary's High School. Duquesne has a 7.4% probability of acquiring Bryce James, according to On3's prediction model.

#1. Ohio State

Bryce James received an offer from the Ohio State Buckeyes in October last year. The three-star shooting guard from Cleveland, Ohio, was in Columbus during the Ohio State-Maryland game last year for an unofficial visit. The Buckeyes have a good relationship with Bryce's father, LeBron James.

Ohio State pursued Bryce's older brother, Bronny James, but the Los Angeles Lakers guard decided to go to USC instead. The Buckeyes are the favorites to land the young shooting guard with a 92.6% chance, as per On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine.
