Saint Thomas produced many NFL stars over the years, with eight of their former players making it to the 2024 Kickoff roster.
The program has sent players like Joey Bosa and Nick Bosa to the Los Angeles Chargers and thr San Francisco 49ers, respectively.
Alongside the Bosa brothers, the roster includes names like Jordan Battle (Cincinnati Bengals), Nik Bonitto (Denver Broncos), Elijah Moore (Cleveland Browns), Josh Palmer (Los Angeles Chargers), Tyler Steen (Philadelphia Eagles) and Dallas Turner (Minnesota Vikings).
As for the school's current performances, the Raiders are 3-1 after a commanding 23-15 victory over Western High School.
#4 DeMatha Catholic; Hyattsville, Maryland
DeMatha produced eight NFL players featured in the 2024 Kickoff Weekend roster.
Alumni like Ja’Whaun Bentley (New England Patriots), Nick Cross (Indianapolis Colts), MarShawn Lloyd (Green Bay Packers), Rodney McLeod, (Cleveland Browns), Olusegun Oluwatimi (Seattle Seahawks), DJ. Turner (Las Vegas Raiders), Josh Wallace (Los Angeles Rams) and Chase Young (New Orleans Saints) have emerged as stars in the league.
DeMatha Catholic, which started its season with a blow, has rebounded to a 1-1 record after a commanding 48-0 win against Mt. Zion Prep Academy on Sept. 8.
#3 Bishop Gorman; Las Vegas, Nevada
Bishop Gorman High School also boasts eight alumni on NFL rosters.
The school's impressive lineup includes players like Nick Gates (Philadelphia Eagles), Jaden Hicks (Kansas City Chiefs), Brevin Jordan (Houston Texans), Jalen Nailor (Minnesota Vikings), Rome Odunze (Chicago Bears), Ronnie Stanley (Baltimore Ravens), Cedric Tillman (Cleveland Browns) and Edefuan Ulofoshio (Buffalo Bills).
No. 5 Bishop Gorman is 3-1 after defeating Orange Lutheran 55-28 on Sept. 13.
#2 American Heritage; Plantation, Florida
American Heritage in Plantation, Florida, stands out, with 10 former players making the NFL Kickoff Roster this year.
This school has cultivated talent across various positions, with notable alumni including Brian Burns (New York Giants), Tyson Campbell (Jacksonville Jaguars), Khalil Herbert (Chicago Bears), James Houston (Detroit Lions) and Mike Morris (Seattle Seahawks).
