More about De'Aaron Fox's signature Curry brand shoes
Being one of the best point guards in the league currently, Fox has joined the honored circle of the best basketball athletes who have their signature shoes. The details of Curry Fox 1 were unveiled during the official Under Armour media event, featuring the low-cut shoes.
In an interview with Jason Anderson of the Sacramento Bee, Fox talked about how it felt to be the first athlete to get a Curry brand signature shoe:
"Like Jordan Brand did with Nike, Steph is doing with Under Armour, and I'm the first person to be a part of that," said Fox. "Some players wouldn't want to be the first, especially under an active player, but for me, I think it's more like I'm helping him build his brand, but also he's helping me build my brand, so I feel like it's great for both of us."
Last season, Fox averaged 26.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 5.6 assists while shooting 46.5% from the field for the Kings.
