The No. 1 prospect in the Class of 2026, Jerzy Robinson made a bold claim regarding 2x NBA All-Star Anthony Edwards.
Robinson made an appearance on the "Sloane Knows" podcast and talked about her dream matchup:
"I want to play against Ant for sure. Yeah I want to play against Ant," said Robinson.
Host Sloane asked Jerzy Robinson how many points would she be able to rack up as a 16-year-old in a 'First to 11' game against Edwards and this is what she said:
"If I get ball first, I'm going to say 11-10 me. I'm always saying me and it's going to be me till it's proven wrong," continued Robison.
Robinson represented the 2024 USA Women's U17 National Team, averaging 20.9 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.3 assists. She was also a part of the 2023 USA Women's U16 National Team, leading them to a gold medal.
The teenager was also named the 2023 FIBA U16 Americas Championship MVP. Furthermore, she was also a part of the All-Star Five team as she led USA to a 6-0 record, averaging a double-double with 17.3 points and 10.2 rebounds.
In the final match of the tournament, Robinson broke out and scored 18 in the first half and finished the game with 24 points.
In her freshman year at Desert Vista High School in Phoenix, Arizona, Robinson averaged 22.0 points and 8.2 rebounds while shooting 62%. He led them to their first Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) basketball Open Division championship.
She transferred to Sierra Canyon High School in June last year and averaged a double-double in her sophomore year with 22.5 points and 10.8 rebounds. After that, she was named to the Los Angeles Times All-Star and the MaxPreps Sophomore All-America Teams.

According to On3, the Class of 2026 player has received offers from Grand Canyon, Arizona State, Arizona, Texas A&M and Alabama among many others.
While talking to On3, Robinson mentioned that UConn, South Carolina and LSU are the programs that stand out for her.
She also mentioned what she looks for when it comes to the style of play:
“Their offensive play style, how we’re doing in tournaments and coaching,” Robinson said of what she looks for in a program. “Other players that are coming in, but also the support system and building me as a woman in this world. I want faithful people and a faithful organization.”
Jerzy Robinson has one more year before she will make a decision on her collegiate career.
