Five-star prospect Jerzy Robinson took to her Instagram story yesterday to hype up Texas A&M forward Janiah Barker after she made an impressive pregame dunk.

The video, which was originally shared by @marchmadnesswbb, showcases the UCLA Bruins forward Janiah Barker throwing down a powerful pregame dunk to the excitement of fans watching from the stands. In the video, she receives a pass from a teammate, takes off and throws down the dunk with authority, after which she goes in to dap up teammates in excitement as fans cheer from the stands.

Janiah Barker, who recently transferred to the UCLA Bruins, was a five-star recruit in the class of 2022. As a high school freshman, she helped Tampa Bay Technical High School achieve an impressive 24-3 record, winning a state title in the process. She then transferred to Montverde Academy for her senior year, where she also won another championship, the school's first-ever GEICO High School National Championship.

As a senior, Barker was ranked No. 3 in the ESPN class of 2022 rankings. She ended up making her commitment to Texas A&M University, becoming the highest-ranked recruit in the college's history. She, however, only spent her freshman and sophomore year with the Aggies, transferring to UCLA for her junior year.

On the other hand, five-star prospect Jerzy Robinson is a class of 2026 prospect starring on the Sierra Canyon Girls basketball team. The No. 3 ranked class of 2026 recruit has been a very crucial player for the Trailblazers, helping them to an impressive 16-1 record this season.

Five-star prospect Jerzy Robinson is set to add another achievement to her impressive high school basketball resume after earning a nomination for the 5-on-5 Female Athlete of the Year award.

The award, which also features other nominated athletes, including A'ja Wilson, Breanna Stewart, Diana Taurasi and Joyce Edwards, is being decided by voting, and it ran from Dec. 21 to Jan. 5. Fans, players, coaches, administrators and the media have all voted, and winners are expected to be announced soon.

Jerzy Robinson is no stranger to awards and accolades, having built an impressive collection throughout her high school career. She won the MaxPreps Arizona High School Girls Basketball Player of the Year and has also been named a part of the Los Angeles Times All-Star team.

Representing Team USA, she also won the 2023 FIBA Under-16 Americas Championship MVP award, becoming the youngest to ever win it. She was also named MVP at the 2024 FIBA Under-17 Women's World Cup, where she also won Golf with Team USA.
