Class of 2026 prospect Chris Washington Jr. is starting to narrow down his options. According to On3's Joe Tipton on Tuesday, the Providence Christian Academy power forward listed Tennessee, Alabama, Auburn, Louisville, Cincinnati, USF, Ole Miss and WKU as the top programs that have stayed in touch with him the most.
Washington has received over 15 college offers, including from top programs like Florida State, Texas A&M, Missouri, Clemson, Michigan and West Virginia. So far, only Tennessee, Cincinnati and Florida State have hosted the four-star prospect for visits.
When asked about what he's looking for in a college, Chris Washington Jr. said to On3:
"I want to go somewhere that feels like a family, so, I'm going to be looking at that. And I want to play early, so I want to go somewhere I'll play right away. How they play will be big for me, I like playing fast and playing on the wing. Location won't matter to me as long as it feels like family there."
Washington is ranked No. 32 in the 2026 class, according to ESPN. He has been having a strong season, helping Providence Christian Academy, in the Villages, Florida, to a 14-1 record.
