Alabama Crimson Tide Recruiting: Looking at Kalen DeBoer's list of signings following the early signing period

Alabama has been one of the best recruiting programs in recent times. This year was no different as the Crimson Tide came out of the Early Signing Period with the second-best class, behind the Texas Longhorns, as per 247Sports.

Kalen DeBoer and company locked in the commitments of 21 athletes from the Class of 2025. The program signed three five-star prospects and 10 four-star recruits.

The group is headlined by the second-best overall prospect from the class, Keelon Russell, who pledged his allegiance in June. Other notable athletes who signed with the Crimson Tide are five-star prospects, Michael Carroll and Dijon Lee.

Ty Haywood, a five-star prospect from Denton, Texas, also pledged his allegiance to the Crimson Tide but has yet to sign with the program.

Keelon Russell, a five-star prospect from Duncanville, Texas, committed to the Crimson Tide on June 4. He is the program's best signing overall, and he chose them over other top programs such as SMU, Ole Miss, Florida, and TCU.

Russell is the second-best overall prospect in the country and is the second-best quarterback in the 2025 class, as per On3. He is also the best overall recruit in Texas.
