Meleek Thomas, one of the top basketball recruits in the 2025 class, recently took fans on a nostalgic ride. The 6-foot-4 shooting guard, who committed to John Calipari's Arkansas Razorbacks back in Nov. 2024, shared a fond memory from his childhood.
The young shooting guard reshared a post from the Fashion & Streetwear Instagram handle, featuring a poster of the acclaimed Disney Channel series 'Zeke and Luther,' on his Instagram story on Sunday.
He also captioned the story with a three-word reaction that showed his love for the series. Thomas wrote:
"Dis was a hit," he wrote, reminiscing about the happy childhood days.
For those who didn’t grow up watching Disney Channel, 'Zeke and Luther' was a comedy series that followed two best friends on their quest to become world-famous skateboarders.
The show, starring Hutch Dano as Zeke and Adam Hicks as Luther, aired from 2009 to 2012, running for three seasons. It was a staple for many kids, offering a mix of humor, skateboarding antics, and life lessons about friendship and perseverance.
Meleek Thomas, currently playing for Overtime Elite in Atlanta, Georgia, has earned his spot as the No. 11 nationally ranked player in his class.
Known for his explosive scoring ability and court vision, his basketball journey has taken him to the national spotlight, and now he is preparing to join the Razorbacks' roster.

The 18-year-old is averaging 28 points per game this season, sitting at the second spot in the season's leaders list, right below 4-star point guard Eli Ellis. With the win, the City Reapers improved to 8-4, knocking the Blue Checks (7-4) down to third place and ending their two-game winning streak. Micah Tucker also chipped in 18 points to help seal the victory.
For the Blue Checks, Josiah Parker did his best to keep his team in the fight, recording a double-double of his own with 26 points, 15 rebounds and four assists. But it wasn’t enough to overcome Thomas and the Reapers.
Next up, the City Reapers will face the FGA on Jan. 19, as they look to keep climbing the league standings.
