Jerzy Robinson, the No. 3 recruit in the Class of 2025 and Sierra Canyon combo guard, shared a heartfelt post for Olympics Gold Medallist Twanisha "TeeTee" Terry's birthday. Robinson posted a picture of the two of them together on Instagram:
"Happy birthday!! Blessed to have crossed paths ❤️🫶🏽🫶🏽 @canonlybeme," Robinson captioned her story.
The American sprinter is a two-time World Champion in the 4x100 meters relay. Terry won gold medals at World Athletics Championships in 2022 and 2023. Furthermore, she also secured a gold in the 100 meters category at the US U20 Championships in 2018.
Known for her pace, Terry's personal best includes completing the 100-meters race in 10.82 seconds, according to World Athletics. However, she achieved this feat with an wind assistance of +0.6 m/s in Memphis, Tennessee in 2022. Her personal best (22.17 seconds) in the 200 meters category was achieved with a wind assistance of -0.4 m/s in Eugene, Oregon in 2023.
Jerzy Robinson shares the feat with Terry and also secured two gold medals for Team USA at the 2024 FIBA U17 World Cup in Leon, Mexico, and 2023 FIBA U16 Americas Championship in Merida, Mexico; winning the MVP and becoming a member of All-Star Five at both the tournaments.
At the 2023 FIBA U16 Americas Championship, Jerzy Robinson averaged 17.3 ppg and 10.2 rpg, becoming the youngest player to win the MVP. Furthermore, in the gold medal game against Canada, Robinson scored 18 of the team’s 41 first-half points and finished with 24 points.
At the 2024 FIBA U17 World Cup, Robinson posted averages of 20.9 ppg, 6.9 rpg and 1.3 apg in seven games. She has led Sierra Canyon High school to a 20-1 record this season.

According to On3, Robinson has received 18 offers from programs across the nation, including LSU, Iowa, Oregon, Arizona, South Carolina, Mississippi State and Georgia.
In an interview with On3 in June, Jerzy Robinson talked about UConn, South Carolina and USC as the programs that stand out for her:
“Their offensive play style, how we’re doing in tournaments and coaching,” Robinson said of what she looks for in a program.
Their recruitment prediction machine suggests that the Wildcats lead the race to land the 6-foot-1 guard with an 8.3% probability, followed by USC with a 7.3% chance and UCLA with a 6.3% prediction.
Robinson still has another year before she decides on her collegiate career.
