With most of the top prospects in the Class of 2025 including Cameron Boozer, AJ Dybantsa, Darryn Peterson and more committed or signed by colleges, 247Sports released a list of their Top 10 Recruits in the class. The publication shared a carousel on Instagram on Wednesday ranking the prospects along with MaxPreps and CBS Sports.
AJ Dybantsa led the list and was followed by Darryn Peterson at the second spot. Duke commit Cameron Boozer took the third spot, followed by the highest-rated uncommitted recruit Nate Ament. Arkansas signee Darius Acuff was ranked at the fifth spot and was followed by Mikel Brown Jr., Chris Cenac, Koa Peat, Caleb Wilson and son of the three-time NBA All-Star Gilbert Arenas, Alijah Arenas at the 10th spot:
While the rankings have always been conversational, some hoops fans were not happy with them and took to the comments section of the post to give their opinions:
"Boozer > Peterson," a fan said.
"CJ Ingram is the Best Player in This Class," commented a fan about Florida commit CJ Ingram," another fan said.
"Boozer>>>>>peterson," one fan said.

Some fans were happy with the rankings and talked about the players' commitments:

"As a Louisville fan it’s really cool to see someone top 10 committed," a fan said.
"AJD will be the best one on this list trust," another fan said.
"Id love if we could add Arenas to next year's roster. Even if he's 1 and done," one fan said.
Cameron Boozer vs. Darryn Peterson: Who is the better player?
While both Cameron Boozer (Power forward) and Darryn Peterson (Combo guard) rank No. 1 in their respective position and state, according to On3, Duke commit Boozer is ranked No. 2 while Kansas signee Peterson is ranked No. 3 nationally.
The duo has been exceptional for Team USA and led the team to a gold medal in the FIBA Under-16 Americas Championship in Mexico. Cameron Boozer was close to averaging a double-double with 16.8 points, 9.8 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 1.2 assists per game.
Peterson posted averages of 16.8 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3.7 assists.
