Bryce James, LeBron James' son, announced his commitment to the Arizona Wildcats on Wednesday, and fans have been going wild since the announcement. The news, which was reshared on Instagram by none other than the legend LeBron himself, has generated different reactions from hoops fans in the comments section.

A hilarious suggestion is that the NBA legend will extend his career further in a bid to play with Bryce, just as he's doing with Bronny.

"Just confirmed Bron is staying in the NBA until Bryce is drafted," one fan said.
"This definitely means at least another 3 years of King Bron," another wrote.
"Bro, playing till he is 50 to play with both his kids. Legend," another commented.
"Bron playing till 50 confirmed. Congrats to Bryce tho!" another said.
"ANOTHER 3 YEARS BRON, PLEASE 🙏🏽 BREAK HISTORY HAVE TWO ACTIVE SONS IN THE NBA," another fan commented.

A huge part of the comments were filled with congratulatory, encouraging and generally positive messages, with some praising LeBron's legacy and role as a dad.

"Congrats to the young king," one fan commented.
"Produced two collegiate athletes at D1 level, arguably the Greatest to Ever Do It and an outstanding family man/ husband. You are truly someone to look up to," another posted.
"👏👏🔥One thing LeBron has expressed Is his desire for his son both Bryce and Bonny, to forge their own legacy! Bron already conquered all they have to do is find themselves and contribute to what has already been established and pass it down to the 3rd generation of James's. Ball out #LEGACY," another wrote.

Some sections of the comments, however, believe that committing to the Arizona Wildcats isn't the best choice, as they wished he had opted for their favorite college teams.

"Congratulations But Him at UConn Would've Been Great," one fan wrote.
"Big mistake. Arizona is an overrated program," another wrote.
"He could've went to @gcu_mbb and went crazy," another commented.

What next for Bryce James?

With his commitment, the Arizona Wildcats have secured their second Class of 2025 commitment, as Bryce James will be joining four-star forward Dwayne Aristode, who signed in November.

For now, James, a three-star forward will be focused on Sierra Canyon School, which takes on Bartlett High School on Friday.
