The Boozer twins - sons of two-time NBA All-Star Carlos Boozer - announced their commitments to Duke on October 10. According to On3, Duke is the favorite to land the shooting guard. The model predicts that Duke has a 56.5% chance of acquiring the five-star prospect.

The Fairfax, Virginia-based prospect is currently ranked No. 6 in the country and is the third-best shooting guard, per On3. He is also the best overall prospect from the state of Virginia.

Kentucky became the latest team to offer Jordan Smith Jr. in September

Jordan Smith Jr., a five-star shooting guard from Virginia, received an offer from Mark Pope and Kentucky in September, making him the program's eighth offer. Smith also holds offers from Duke, Georgetown, Louisville, Kansas State and Ohio State among others.

He opened up about what he is looking for in a school, and the Wildcats hope to tick all the boxes for him to commit to Kentucky.

"The culture of the school will be big for me," the 6-foot-3 shooting guard said, as per On3. "I’ll look at how the coaches treat their players on and off the court. And I’ll look closely at the player development. Play style too will be big for me. I’m comfortable playing in a fast up-and-down system that stays active."

According to 247Sports, Kentucky has yet to land a commitment from the Class of 2026. However, the Wildcats have extended ten offers and hope to sign as many talented players as possible to keep competing in the future.

Kentucky will have to fight off top programs such as Duke, Louisville and Syracuse. As per On3, Duke is the current favorite to land Jordan Smith Jr., followed by Syracuse and Louisville. Ohio State also has an outside chance of landing the five-star shooting guard.
