Anthony will commit to his future institution on Friday, November 15. He made an official visit to Syracuse on October 19. The 6-foot-5 youngster told 247Sports that the coaches have been recruiting him since day one.
He pointed out that Sadiq White is already going there, and the Orange will try to land a few more players from the 2025 class. Anthony concluded that he'd love to be a part of that roster.
Before that, Kiyan Anthony visited USC on September 26. He was impressed by the institution's planning for his visit. He liked the film, stats and everything he did last summer laid out for him.
Anthony said that coach Eric Musselman gets players drafted and in the lottery. He added that the organization had produced players of his archetype and got them to the league as well.
Although Kiyan has yet to visit Auburn, he is full of praise for coach Bruce Pearl. He said that Pearl has a winning track record, took his side to the NCAA, and has gotten a bunch of players at his position to the league. He also added that some of his friends there really like the program.
On Thursday, the 17-year-old was asked about his top five colleges and potential commitment date on WNBA rookie Angel Reese's podcast, "Unapologetically Angel." He named Auburn, USC and Syracuse as his final three and also affirmatively said he would make his decision in two weeks.
A couple of days later, he announced that he would make the commitment on November 15.
