Jeffery Lee from On3 has shared his insights on the situation, highlighting the potential implications of Fegans' recent visits:
"It could be trouble, as we all know in recruiting, anytime a kid takes a visit right before a commitment, could be trouble for the team that is, uh, trending for him."
"I just really feel like this one was over a long time ago. I do. I feel like Charles Kelly coming in there making a big impact with Anquon Fagans, his father. And if you don't, if you don't recall, uh, Fagans, his brother just transferred in as a preferred welcome to Auburn."
Anquon Fegans is ranked No. 53 overall and No. 4 among safeties in the nation by On3. Auburn is currently seen as the frontrunner for his commitment, with On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine giving them an 80.8% chance. In an interview with On3’s Steve Wiltfong, Anquon Fegans's father, Antwon, emphasized the strong bond with Auburn's coaching staff, particularly with Coach Charles Kelly.
