Dabo Swinney’s recruitment train for the Clemson Tigers is on the move, flipping three-star Gavin Blanchard from UCF. Blanchard had committed to the Knights earlier in June over other options, including Middle Tennessee State, Georgia Tech, and UAB. However, the high school senior from Tampa, Florida, switched his commitment to Clemson after an unofficial visit on October 26.
The Jesuit offensive lineman stands at 6-ft-3, weighing 300 pounds. He's ranked No. 938 overall in On3’s Industry Ranking for the 2025 class. He is also within the top 100 in his position nationally and is Florida's No. 120 recruit for his class.
Getting Gavin Blanchard’s commitment was just the turnaround Dabo Swinney needed after losing four-star cornerback Graceson Littleton.
Littleton, the 6-ft 175-pounder from Wiregrass Ranch High School in Tampa, Florida, is a top target for many programs with 40 offers, according to 247Sports. Despite his commitment to Clemson in June over heavyweights like Alabama, Iowa, Penn State and so on, offers kept coming in for Littleton. He recently received an offer from the Texas Longhorns amidst rising interests from Michigan.
The Florida native is 247Sports’ No. 10 cornerback in the 2025 class, ranking No. 72 overall nationally and No. 12 in Florida.
