"Every time I refresh, it's a new Colorado commit": CFB fans react to the announcement of Coach Prime's latest 2025 class recruit

Quentin Gibson, a three-star wide receiver from Fort Worth, Texas, announced his commitment to Deion Sanders' Colorado on Friday, Nov. 29. He took an official visit to Boulder this fall and has been on Sanders' radar ever since. Gibson chose the Buffs over Mississippi State, TCU, SMU and Kansas State.

Colorado has had a great recruiting month, landing multiple recruits, including Gibson and four-star quarterback Julian Lewis. Gibson's pledge was the Buffaloes' 15th commitment from the Class of 2025.

Recruiting insider Hayes Fawcett shared the news of Gibson committing to the Buffs on its Instagram account and fans quickly jumped onto the post to give their reactions.

Most fans hyped up the Buffaloes for their incredible recruiting down the stretch, as they have now acquired five commitments from the Class of 2025 in November.

"Why tf is Colorado cooking at 12 am," one fan said.

Some fans were excited to see Quentin Gibson commit to a top program after receiving zero offers at the beginning of his recruiting process.

"This like a Cinderella story bro had 0 offers to start the season damn them tables turn quick ……im happy for the kid," one fan wrote.

Quentin Gibson is ranked No. 1,165 in the country and is the No. 181 wide receiver in the Class of 2025, as per On3. He is also the 173rd-best overall prospect from the state of Texas.

Quentin Gibson spoke about his official visit to Colorado

The three-star wide receiver from North Crowley High School, Quentin Gibson, took a visit to Colorado this fall. That visit worked well for Deion Sanders as he landed the commitment of the 5-foot-8 athlete on Friday, Nov. 29.

Gibson spoke about his visit to Boulder and was excited to witness Colorado's atmosphere.

"My first official visit was to Colorado a couple of weeks ago," the three-star prospect said after his visit, as per Maroon and White. "It was a fun visit and it was exciting to see their atmosphere. The coaches were telling me how I would fit in the scheme and be able to replace some of their top guys."

Colorado's Class of 2025 is ranked No. 32 in the country, as per 247Sports. The program saw an improvement in its ranking after a powerful November. Sanders and company will land a few more top prospects in the coming weeks.
