LeBron James' son, Bryce James, has the fifth-highest NIL value in high school basketball. The 6-foot-4 shooting guard has deals with multiple brands and recently posted a reel promoting the famous Mexican food joint Taco Bell. James also referenced the upcoming NBA season.
"Season opener, everyone's got their picks. I'm not talking about hoops, I'm talking about the $1 pick from Taco Bell. For me, it's the crunchy taco all the way," said James in the video.
The video got some extremely hilarious responses from college hoops fans:
"Get yo ad money Bryce 🤣🤣😂🔥🔥🔥," commented a fan.
"Rent is due," commented another fan.
One fan thought James was talking about betting.
"Thought bro was betting for a min😂."
Other fans saw the funny side of the video, talking about James's appearance and the unclear camera:
One fan commented about how bright James' shirt was looking, "Bro’s shine is brighter than my future lol."
"Ima need you to wipe the camera next time 😂," commented a fan.
Another fan talked about the camera lens, "u gotta wipe the camera lens gang."
Bryce James' NIL deals
With a $1.3 million NIL valuation (according to On3), Bryce James has fallen four places and is on par with Nate Ament. No. 1 recruit AJ Dybantsa overtook James as the highest NIL-valued player in high school basketball after his deal with Red Bull.
However, Bryce James still earns a lot of money through his NIL deals. His NIL earnings saw a 10% increase ($125,000) in just 10 weeks.
The 17-year-old signed a contract with Klutch Sports to be represented for all his deals. James, who is yet to announce his college decision, ranks 36th in the NIL 100 and has 3.4 million followers on social media.
