Hamiley Arenas, the daughter of three-time NBA All-Star Gilbert Arenas was impressed by Class of 2028 recruit Kaitlyn Mills. The San Ramon Valley High School player inspired a 59-55 win against Carondelet on Tuesday after her buzzer-beating 3-pointer pushed the game to overtime.

On Instagram, digital creator Aaron shared the 3-pointer converted by Mills that saw the fans in the stands go wild. Arenas reshared the post to her IG story with a one-word reaction.

The 5-foot-4 player from Danville, Calif., hit four 3-pointers while recording 20 points, nine rebounds, two assists, one block, and six steals.

On the other hand, Hamiley Arenas has performed well for Notre Dame Sherman Oaks. She leads the team in points (21.1 ppg), rebounds (15.0), assists (3.3), steals (3.1), blocks (1.4), free-throw percentage (74%) and 3-point field goal percentage (17%).

Recording a double-double in her debut game for Notre Dame in November, Arenas scored 27 points and grabbed 15 rebounds in a 75-70 loss against Campbell while her father cheered for her from the sidelines. The 2002-2003 NBA Most Improved Player posted highlights of her game on Instagram.

As a freshman, the 5-foot-10 combo guard is averaging a double-double with 22.8 ppg, 12.7 rpg, 3.3 apg, 3.2 spg and 0.9 bpg in 16 games.

Arenas' play has earned her praise from Notre Dame coach Jena Laolagi who commended her skills and progress. She also talked about her versatility, highlighting that she can play guard through power forward depending on the team's needs.
