Hamiley Arenas, Gilbert Arenas’ daughter, took to Instagram to reply to her brother Alijah Arenas' show of support.
On Sunday, Alijah shared his mother, Laura Govan’s post about Hamiley’s spectacular 30-point performance for Notre Dame.
"@hamileyarenas0 🥶," he wrote on the story.
Hamiley reposted his story, expressing her appreciation for him.
“Just like u,” she wrote.
The Arenas siblings have been dominating their respective courts. On Saturday, Hamiley Areans exhibited excellent dribbling and shooting against the Oceanside Pirates at the SoCal Holiday Prep Classic.
Hamiley's 30-point contribution allowed Notre Dame, which was trailing in the first quarter, to make a comeback right before halftime. The game ended in favor of Notre Dame 70-64. She has led Notre Dame to a 9-4 record in the 2024-25 season.
Meanwhile, Alijah Arenas has been excelling on the court for Chatsworth. The class of 2025 prospect who ranks No. 4 overall and No. 2 among shooting guards was dominant against Prescott Badgers at the Demain Classic.
Alijah contributed 56 points, seven rebounds and five assists in the 93-87 overtime loss.

Alijah was not the only one who appreciated Hamiley Areans’ performance. Her effort drew widespread praise from fans, family and fellow athletes.
Laura Govan, who has constantly expressed her support for her children, captioned the post about her 16-year-old daughter with much love and belief in her abilities.
"Another 30 piece huh!? 9th grade Huh!? A goat in the making. @hamileyarenas0 Leadership, sportsmanship, attitude, humility and confidence you Got it ALL Mija keep grinding … Only The Beginning…,” she wrote.
Five-star basketball prospect and Team USA gold medalist Jerzy Robinson reshared the game's highlights on her Instagram story.
"Yeahhh Hammm," she commented.
As the Arenas siblings emerge as top prospects, it will be fascinating to see what else they have in store.
