On the court, Alijah Arenas has proven to be one of the most talented players in the class of 2026. Son of 3x NBA All-Star Gilbert Arenas ranks seventh in the 2026 ESPN 60 Recruiting Database. In his position, the 6-foot-7 forward received five stars from ESPN, Rivals and 247Sports.

Arenas shared a heartfelt post with his girlfriend on his Instagram. His girlfriend, who goes by the username _jaydennnn._, shared the collage on her story captioned "bf day," which was then re-posted by Arenas.

The collage featured different images of the couple together, with one of them celebrating Arenas winning the 2021 Most Valuable Player for Chatsworth Varsity Basketball.

The Chatsworth, California native's Instagram is full of basketball posts ranging from his highlights to stats with famous basketball accounts such as Overtime, TheHoopsPill, BallIsLife, SwishCultures and Sportscenternext. However, not a lot has been seen of his girlfriend.

While the couple may not be posting each other a lot on social media, in September, Arenas' girlfriend shared a picture of him with the caption, "my heart," which she later added to her highlights.

Alijah Arenas shares some precious father-son moments

Alijah Arenas appeared with his father Gilbert Arenas in a YouTube video by Susosu Water and talked about various topics. The interviewer asked the duo about their most memorable father-son moments and the young Arenas was the first to answer.

"Off the basket probably after a game, we'll talk a lot. We could talk about basketball and basketball turns into dinosaurs turned into back in the day, back in the day turns into something else, and I feel like after either a good or a bad game, no matter what it is, I feel like I always have something to come back to," said Alijah Arenas.

Gilbert also pitched in and talked about one of the memories from the sidelines. He talked about the kind of spectator he is when his son is playing:

"I'm not one of parents that is yelling. If I say something, it's rare but I'm not one of those parents that's trying to auto correct during the game sitting there yelling every play," said Arenas before recalling a play in which his son turned the ball over.
"I remember when he got ripped or he has a game win on the line and then he has the guy and then he calls a pick and roll, and then he took his eye off the ball and then the guy ripped him. I said, 'You know that's a feeling you need to have because you know this feeling of you know you let your teammates down, now it's how you respond.'"

With one year to go before he starts his collegiate career, which college do you think we will see Alijah Arenas attend?
