Alijah Arenas made it look easy as Chatsworth High School defeated Granada Hills Charter 62-45 on January 16 in a heated conference game. Despite chants of “overrated” from the crowd, Arenas silenced his critics with a stellar all-around performance, tallying 18 points, 11 rebounds, four assists, six steals, and a block.

The comment section quickly filled with praise from fans, marveling at Arenas' skills. One fan summed it up perfectly, writing:

“It’s too easy. It’s clear to me with his skill set that anyone who stands before him would get that work. It’s effortless regardless of who he plays against,” another added.

Alijah Arenas has been lighting up the scoreboard this season, averaging an incredible 30.4 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 4.9 assists per game. The Chatsworth Chancellors star has carried his team to an 11-5 record, putting on one standout performance after another.

He dropped 40 points in a narrow 60-61 loss to Long Beach, 43 points in a 57-61 battle against Etiwanda, and an astonishing 56 points in a 93-87 loss to Prescott during The Classic at Damien, setting a single-game scoring record.
