Quentin Gibson, a three-star wide receiver from North Crowley, announced his commitment to the Colorado Buffaloes on Nov. 29 this season. He chose the program over schools like SMU, TCU, Kansas State and Mississippi State.
Gibson is a speedy wideout and his highlights are generating a lot of buzz on social media.
Sports Center's Instagram page shared the wide receiver's highlights on their account and fans were impressed with Gibson's athleticism. One fan compared him to a former NFL great.
"He gives Ocho vibes," one fan said.
"He’s ready to play right now," another fan wrote.
"Colorado gonna be WRU fr," another fan commented.
Fans are excited to see Gibson with quarterback Julian Lewis, who pledged his allegiance to the Buffaloes this year.
"He and Caleb Odom for JuJu to throw dots to all year oh my gyudnesss," another fan commented.
"Colorado WRU juju gone be ok," another fan wrote.
Gibson is one of the Buffaloes' 14 signings this season. Colorado had a great recruiting period down the stretch. It will be intersting to see the program's progress going forward with such exciting talent.

Gibson decided to commit to Colorado after he took an official visit to the program this fall and had nothing but good words for them.
"My first official visit was to Colorado a couple of weeks ago," the On3's three-star recruit said, as per Maroon and White. "It was a fun visit and it was exciting to see their atmosphere. The coaches were telling me how I would fit in the scheme and be able to replace some of their top guys."
Gibson is ranked No. 717 in the country overall and is the 117th-best wide receiver from the class of 2025, as per On3.
