South Carolina signee Eli Ellis recorded 20 points and 12 rebounds to help Moravian Prep to an 83-53 victory against Huntington Expression Prep on Sunday. In a Slam HS Instagram post on Monday, highlights of his performance were shared, drawing reactions from fans.
Some comments centered on Eli's dribbling skills, as he repeatedly weaved through defenders to score.
"Bro I'm convinced he can't be guarded in high school," the fan said.

Some fans simply praised the player.

Some of the comments were in response to Slam HS's question. It asked how many points per game Ellis will average in the Southeastern Conference next season.
"I think he'll average Luh chill 17.8," one fan said.
"Maybe 3 if he gets minutes," another said.
"3pts per game in the SEC!!" another fan wrote.
Eli Ellis has been crucial for Moravian Prep (10-1) this season. His next game for the team will be on Jan. 25. However, in the meantime, he will be featuring for Overtime Elite's YNG Dreamerz.

Eli Ellis set an Overtime Elite record by scoring 28 points in the first quarter of YNG Dreamerz's game against Blue Checks on Jan. 7. It ended in a 91-70 victory for YNG Dreamerz, with Ellis finishing the game with 44 points.
Ellis is having a standout season in the Overtime Elite, averaging 32.7 points, 6.8 assists and 7.5 rebounds per game. The Dreamerz (11-1) holds the top spot in the league standings. They will face the Jelly Fam on Friday.
