Chatsworth High School shooting guard Alijah Arenas is a top prospect in the Class of 2026. In a game, Arenas was unguardable as he took on the entire team. He finished through contact, double-teams and even converted his long-range shots.
Overtime uploaded some highlights of the game on Instagram, and the hoops fans reacted to it.

Some of the fans compared Arenas with his father, Gilbert Arenas.
"His old man wasn't passing either," a fan said.
"He definitely gone play exactly like his pops 😂😂 don’t pass that ball unless you absolutely have to lmao," a fan wrote.
"You can tell he not even takin them serious," another fan said.
However, some fans also believed the defense was not up to the mark.
"Dude playin 7th graders n call it highlights 😂😂," a fan said.

Arenas had an outstanding summer with his performances. This was recognized by On3 as he jumped three ranks from being the No. 6 prospect to the No. 3 prospect in the Class of 2026. Arenas also gained a star, making him a five-star recruit.
Alijah Arenas talks about his relationship with his father
In an interview with Susosu Water, Alijah Arenas and Gilbert Arenas spoke about different topics, including consistency, hobbies and more.
The interviewer asked Arenas about his relationship with his father.
"I feel like any time I want to have a conversation, I'm just very comfortable," Arenas said. "I feel like some people don't really have that with anything. I feel like anything I do I can get something good out of it so I know I could always have a conversation about anything whether it's swimming, basketball, anything." (18:46 - 19:12)
Arenas has been performing at a high level in high school. In the 17U level, Arenas scored 21.4 points while shooting 48% from the field and 24.3% from the 3-point line.
