Bryce James, the youngest son of NBA legend LeBron James, is no stranger to grabbing headlines. Whether it's his basketball talent or his playful antics off the court, the Sierra Canyon star knows how to keep fans entertained.
On December 24, Bryce delivered a memorable moment while participating in the 'We listen and we don't judge trend' with his teammates, Chris Nwuli and Gavin Hightower. The trio spilled some unexpected secrets about themselves and the video was posted by NBA Future Starts Now on Instagram.
Sports Centre re-shared the video on Thursday where Bryce confessed:
"I’ll drink like a whole container of the pickle juice.”
Bryce James’ love for pickle juice truly stole the show as fans flocked to the comment section to react. One fan humorously questioned:
“Bro, what is Bryce on?”
Another fan speculated that Bryce was ensuring he wouldn’t suffer the same fate as his father, whose cramps in Game 1 of the 2014 NBA Finals due to dehydration affected his performance.
“Bryce James watched his dad cramp dying in the finals and said that’s never happening to him,” they wrote.
“Bryce James will never get cramps if he is honest about pickle juice," another commented.
Some even attributed pickle juice to be the real secret behind both father and son’s success:
“Pickle Juice is the OG Gatorade.”
“He lowkey gave away the LeBron secret juice. Pickle juice 😂😂😂”
One fan, unable to resist poking fun at the unique choice, even threw a lighthearted jab over James’s unique choice:
“Those pickle juice burps are something filthy. So I am judging Bryce, idk. 😂”
Bryce James' teammates also shared surprising secrets about themselves
While Bryce James's insatiable hunger for pickle juice was the highlight of the video, his teammates' little secrets were humorous as well. Another standout player from Sierra Canyon High School, Chris Nwuli, followed with his own surprising revelation. Apologizing to his fellow teammate, the 4-star prospect Gavin Hightower, he revealed:
"Last week, Gav, I stepped all over your durag, bro. One day out, a car, and like you put it in, like, right after.”
Amid a burst of laughter and chants of “We listen and we don't judge,” point guard Gavin Hightower shared his own cheeky secrets, a quirky pregame routine:
"I sometimes listen to country music before our games.”
Bryce James and Sierra Canyon are gearing up for a challenging matchup against the formidable Notre Dame High School, led by Tyran Stokes, the No. 1 recruit in the Class of 2026. With an 11-3 record this season, the Trail Blazers will need to bring up their A-game to stand a chance against the powerhouse Notre Dame Knights.
