Alijah Arenas' mother Laura Govan is very active on her Instagram profile when it comes to sharing information about her friends and family. However, this time, she took to Instagram to share her condolences at the death of her friend Robin Ayers.

Govan posted two stories, one of them being a selfie of the Ayers and her together and the other where Ayers is seen dancing.

"One thing I'm NOT good with is Death! Especially when it's near and dear I'm having a hard time with this one I LOVE U 😘I'll Miss You Friend 💔," Laura Govan captioned her story.

In her next story, Govan reshared a video of the late Robin Ayers with the caption:

"Wondering if I could start a West Coast editions interview campaign, giving all the legends their flowers!"

"Now it's time to get your flowers I'll Always Love And Miss you Mija 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔," she captioned her second story.

According to SpeakerHub, Ayers was seen on Fox, BET and OWN Network and was a well-known author, speaker and entertainment host. She also hosted a daily talk radio show KBLA 1580 from Monday to Friday, where she talked about the latest entertainment news, trending topics and various interviews.

Laura Govan shares wholesome pictures with daughters

Govan usually posts highlights of her four kids, who all play basketball, including Alijah Arenas, who reclassified to the Class of 2025 from 2026. Izela Arenas plays college basketball for Louisville Cardinals, Hamiley Arenas for Notre Dame and 14-year-old Aloni Arenas went viral after he was seen converting buckets against high school players.

Govan also shared a wholesome picture on her Instagram story, showing her younger daughter Hamiley Arenas calling Izela Arenas after she got her braces removed:
