Cooper Flagg has generated a lot of hype since his high school days, and now, his brother, Ace Flagg is in the limelight. Ace is an unranked prospect from the class of 2025 and hasn't announced his commitment yet.
The 6-foot-7 small forward from Montverde Academy is constantly improving his gameplay. MADE HOOPS shared his highlights tape from a recent Summer Live event on their Instagram account.
Naturally, comparisons with his brother were going to happen and college basketball fans wasted no time in giving their opinions about the unranked recruit.
Some fans praised his development and believed that he had a high ceiling.
"People don’t realize 10 -12 years ago when a 6’8" pure power forward with great feel for the game would be an NBA must. Kid looks great and is going to continue to get better. Very high ceiling," one fan wrote.
"If he was more athletic, he would a 4 star," another fan commented.
"He been nice," another fan wrote.
However, there are a few people who still have doubts about the 6-foot-7 forward and believe that he isn't a skillful player.
"If I’m him, I quit hooping immediately and start handling all of my brother's business affairs," one fan wrote.
"Very basic basketball no getting in the bag! 2 star player," another fan commented.
"He a senior now, he play the same," one fan said.
Ace Flagg is currently ranked as the 49th-best small forward from his class, according to ESPN rankings. Multiple colleges have made an offer to Ace, including Maine, Boston College, Saint Joseph and George Washington among others.
