It's not just in the Class of 2025 where AJ Dybantsa ranks first as he has also taken over the high school basketball NIL value rankings. A historic deal where Red Bull partnered up with their first male basketball athlete skyrocketed his value to $1.9 million. Dybantsa overtook LeBron James' son Bryce James and now sits at No. 1 above Cameron Boozer, Darryn Peterson and Nate Ament, respectively.

Dybantsa took to Instagram to share some pictures from the photoshoot with the energy drink brand Red Bull.

While talking with Jordan Richard on "The Youngins" podcast, Dybantsa discussed the deal:

"I partnered with Red Bull. Me and Red Bull are partners now. I think it was a great partnership coming," said Dybantsa. "It's gonna be beneficial for both of us. The platform that they have and I think we fit right in with each other, so it's gonna be special."

Being the No. 1 high school basketball athlete, Dybantsa got a lot of NIL offers, however, the deal with Red Bull was different from the others:

“[The talks] started a few months ago, but what they had to offer was second-to-none. It was good [the offer], has no real wrongs. I’m smart with it, my parents are smart with it: we don’t want to take every deal."

AJ Dybantsa gets revenge over the Boozer twins

After facing the Explorers and the Boozer twins twice before, AJ Dybantsa and Utah Prep got their revenge. The 6-foot-9 small forward scored 28 points including five 3-pointers against the Explorers in a close 69-68 victory in the Border League on Oct 20.

In their last game in September, Cameron Boozer scored 42 points and grabbed 15 rebounds as Dybantsa's game-high 43 points were not enough for Utah Prep in a 95-72 loss.

Both Cameron and Cayden Boozer have committed to Duke, however, Dybantsa has yet to make his decision. According to his father, AJ Dybantsa will announce his decision next year in Feb. to honor Black History Month. Which college do you think the No. 1 recruit will choose?
