Duke commits Cayden and Cameron Boozer starred for the Explorers (Miami, FL) in a thrilling 72-62 win on Thanksgiving day against Bella Vista Prep (Scottsdale, AZ) in the 2024 Holiday Hoopsgiving Tournament in Atlanta.

The twins scored 20 points each in Friday's neutral tournament game. The Explorers now have a 1-1 record. Check out some pictures from the game below:

The Boozer twins had offers from Miami, Florida, Kentucky, Florida State, Arkansas and more before they committed to the Blue Devils on Oct. 11.


How good are Cameron Boozer and Cayden Boozer?

Cameron Boozer, the No. 2 prospect in the Class of 2025, also ranks at the first spot in the power forward position and in Miami. In the three seasons for the Explorers, the 6-foot-9 forward has averaged a double-double with 20.7 ppg, 11.2 rpg, 3.6 apg, 1.5 spg and 2.1 bpg.

Furthermore, he has shown consistent improvement in all aspects of his games, which was evident in his stats. He averaged a double-double in his freshman season, playing 31 games and posted averages of 18.9 points, 10.9 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 1.6 steals and 2.2 blocks per contest. In his sophomore season, he played 29 games and averaged 21.1 ppg, 11.3 rpg, 4.2 apg, 1.3 spg and 2.0 bpg.

Last season, in his junior year, Boozer averaged 22.1 points, 11.4 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.6 steals and 2.1 blocks per contest in 30 matches. Representing Team USA, he won a gold medal in the 2023 FIBA Under-16 Americas Championship, with 16.8 ppg, 9.8 rpg, 2.5 spg and 1.2 apg.

His twin brother, Cayden Boozer is the No. 22 prospect, who ranks at the fourth spot in the point guard position and in Florida. In 87 games for Columbus across three seasons, Cayden averaged 14.6 ppg, 5.6 apg, 4.2 rpg, 1.9 spg and 0.3 bpg. In the 2023-24 season, he had 12 points, 2.7 rebounds, 7.6 assists, 1.8 steals and 0.3 blocks per game in 29 matches.

As per 247Sports, the Blue Devils are ranked in first spot in the recruitment class after commitments from Nikolas Khamenia and Shelton Henerson.
