On Monday, Syracuse signee Kiyan Anthony's mom, La La Anthony, debuted with gorgeous red hair on her date night with celebrity hairstylist Dionte Gray, popularly known as Arrogant Tae. LaLa shared a couple of snaps from her date night with the following caption.
"This conversation got good with @arrogant_tae123," LaLa wrote.

La La Anthony is the ex-partner of former NBA star Carmelo Anthony. The couple divorced in 2021 and have a son, Kiyan Anthony, who is one of the rising basketball players in the high school circuit.
Who is La La Anthony's date Arrogant Tae?
La La Anthony's date, Dionte Grey, is a hairstylist who goes by the name Arrogant Tae. He is a household name in the fashion and beauty industry and is famous for creating "jaw-dropping" wigs. He has worked with rapper-singer Nicki Minaj, Kim Kardashian and Dream Doll, among others.
Tae, who hails from Chicago, moved to Atlanta, Georgia, and made a reputation in Hollywood. His first significant breakthrough came when he styled Nicki Minaj and became the talk of the town. He is the founder "The Flawless Experience," a brand that offers hairstyling products.
In August 2024, in an interview with the Galore Magazine, Arrogant Tae opened up about hair, fashion, and his life in Chicago.
"Fashion has always been my passion," Tae said. "I’m an artist so I love expressing myself in different ways, not solely through hair. But I’ve always loved playing dress up with girls and style myself in unique pieces that I love as self-expression since I can remember."
He even revealed his experience with his first major celebrity client.
"My first celebrity client was Porsche Williams from Housewives of Atlanta! This was the time I was still living in Chicago working in a salon downtown, and her manager made a post saying “who is the best hair stylist in Chicago?," Tae said.
"My whole city was tagging me, and I was so shocked to see how many people really are fans of my work!.....But the experience I had when I did her hair was amazing and from that point, I knew I wanted to be a celebrity hair stylist!," Tae added.
In 2022-23, Tae also featured on the cast of "The Impact Atlanta" — a docu-series that follows the life of Atlanta-based entrepreneurs and artists.
