Dybantsa and Utah Prep bounces back from losing streak with win vs. Duncanville

AJ Dybantsa and his high school team, Utah Prep, had been on a losing streak as of late, losing to Dream City Christian National on Dec. 6 and then No. 3 Darryn Peterson and Prolific Prep on Dec. 8. This made their game against visiting Duncanville last Saturday a must-win situation.

Utah Prep managed to bounce back with a 84-70 win. In that game, Dybantsa had a double-double with 23 points, 12 rebounds, and three assists. It was part of Lehi’s Holiday Hoopfest showcase at the Marriott Center in Utah.

Utah Prep will take on Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy on Jan. 4 next, before a showdown with Jermaine O'Neal Jr. and Dynamic Prep on Jan. 10. It's biggest opponent will be defending champions Montverde Academy on Jan. 19.
