Four-star wide receiver Ryan Mosley is one of the most promising prospects in the 2026 class. The standout from Carrollton High School in Georgia is enjoying a fabulous junior season while actively engaging with college programs during gameday visits to determine his early suitors.

According to On3's Chad Simmons, Mosley's current top five schools include powerhouse programs like Georgia, Alabama, Ohio State, South Carolina and Auburn. However, on Friday, Mosley retweeted Simmons' post to clarify that he has not yet finalized his list, inviting other schools to reach out with offers.

"I have not yet announced my top 5. My recruiting process is fully open. I will be announcing a top 10 soon 😎," Mosley wrote.

The 6-foot-2, 196-pound athlete is ranked by ESPN as the No. 138 overall prospect in the nation, the No. 26 wide receiver in the 2026 class and the No. 15 recruit in Georgia. Rivals places him as the No. 66 wide receiver in the 2026 class and the No. 16 recruit in the state.

Through eight games of his junior season, Ryan Mosley has recorded 486 receiving yards on 31 receptions and scored eight touchdowns. In 13 games last season, he recorded 461 receiving yards and seven touchdowns. His skill set extends beyond the offensive side of the ball, as several college coaches have expressed interest in him as a safety.

Which school is leading the race for Ryan Mosley's commitment?

The in-state Georgia is the leader in Ryan Mosley's recruitment. He has made numerous visits to Athens throughout the year, attending practices, camps and games, which has strengthened the Bulldogs' position as his favorite school.

According to Chad Simmons, Georgia's coaching staff has made it clear that it wants to keep Mosley in-state. The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine supports this sentiment by giving the Bulldogs a 29.4% chance of landing his commitment.

"Georgia's been my favorite school since I was little. Going back is always a vibe," Mosley said (via Dawgs247). "It's my home school. It's always a vibe. I love the coaches. Everything. The vibes are always there. The vibes are good."

Georgia’s 2026 cycle has two committed players: four-star cornerbacks Dominick Kelly and Jontavius Wyman.

However, Alabama is a notable contender as well, with an RPM prediction of a 19.4% chance of securing Ryan Mosley’s commitment. The Crimson Tide currently have one committed player in their 2026 class, four-star Dorian Barney. Georgia Tech and Auburn are also in contention, with probabilities of 11.3% and 9.4%, respectively.
