Four-star recruit, London Jemison, has committed to Nate Oats' Alabama Crimson Tide. Jemison ranks 48th in the 2025 ESPN 100 Recruiting Database and announced his decision on his Instagram.

The Bloomfield native received plenty of offers but truly considered the ones from Alabama, Syracuse, Kansas, Louisville, Vanderbilt, and Virginia. He ranks number one in his state, 9th in his position, and 38th nationally.

This marks the second commitment for Nate Oats and Alabama. The Crimson Tide secured their first commitment last month, bagging four-star recruit Amari Allen.

When asked about head coach Nate Oats, London Jemison stated that he is "putting his trust in Oats" and felt "very welcomed," at Alabama:

“I am putting my trust in Nate Oats due to his proven success of winning and in developing players of my archetype,” Jemison told On3. “He and the entire staff has made me feel very welcomed since they began recruiting me and my family got a very good chance to get to know him on my visit. I have known and trusted coach Preston Murphy and that helped my family and me ease into getting comfortable with everyone there.”
“I definitely think they’re heading the right way,” said London Jemison. “They definitely have a great roster this year, so I think they can get back there. All the schools in my top five, they’re definitely great schools. Alabama, because that’s who we’re talking about, they’re definitely putting themselves in that company.”

What does London Jemison's recruitment mean for Alabama?

With their second commitment in Jemison, the Alabama Crimson Tide are now ranked at the 4th spot in the 2025 recruiting class ranking, according to On3's industry ranking.

When asked about what he would offer as a player, the high school phenom said:

“I would say you can expect someone who is a winner and someone who is going to put on a Crimson Tide jersey every night trying to win. Roll Tide!”

The Crimson Tide will host two five-star prospects up next. Number one prospect A.J. Dybantsa will visit the campus in Tuscaloosa on September 27 and Caleb Wilson on October 4.

Head coach Nate Oats reached the Final Four in the NCAA Tournament for the first time in school history. He will try to improve on that record with this incredible recruitment push.
