Four-star cornerback Keshawn Davila committed to Arkansas' 2025 class on Saturday. The Northwest Mississippi Community College standout chose the Razorbacks over other finalists, including Virginia Tech and UCLA.

Davila's recruitment included official visits to Arizona State, Iowa, Virginia Tech and Michigan State. He also received offers from Baylor, Florida and Utah, among others. Despite several strong contenders, the Razorbacks ultimately won out.

When asked what he brings to the school, Davila told HawgSports:

"Speed. I get a lot of picks. I shut down one side."

The 6-foot-1, 180-pound cornerback was originally a 2022 high school recruit, as he played two seasons at NWCC. He recorded 22 tackles (one for loss), nine passes defended and three interceptions in nine games this season. He also posted 35 tackles (six for loss), two interceptions and a sack last season.

According to On3, Keshawn Davila is ranked the No. 1 JUCO cornerback, the No. 5 JUCO prospect nationally and the No. 4 JUCO player in Mississippi for the 2025 class.

Arkansas coach Sam Pittman extended an offer to Keshawn Davila at the end of October, and defensive backs coach Marcus Woodson led the recruitment process. He visited Fayetteville for an official visit last weekend and chose the program during the visit.

"Because of the coaches," Davila told HawgSports about his commitment decision. "It really felt like family here. I'm going to have a good."

Davila is expected to make an immediate impact on the Razorbacks’ defense. With seven projected cornerbacks on the 2025 roster, he will have the opportunity to compete for a starting role.

The Razorbacks’ 2025 recruiting class now features 23 signed recruits following last week’s National Signing Day. The cycle is headlined by two four-star prospects in linebacker Tavion Wallace and quarterback Madden Iamaleava.

Arkansas' 2025 class ranks No. 29 in the nation and No. 15 in the Southeastern Conference. This cycle also features three-star prospects like defensive lineman Kevin Oatis, quarterback Grayson Wilson, interior offensive lineman Bubba Craig, wide receivers Ja'Kayden Ferguson and Jace Brown, safety Taijh Overton, as well as edge rushers Keiundre Johnson and Trent Sellers, among others.
