The release of the class of 2025 basketball rankings by 247Sports on Tuesday afternoon has ignited a debate among fans, particularly around the placements of Bryce James and Kiyan Anthony. Leading the rankings is AJ Dybnasta, but the spotlight has shifted to the notable absence of James and the perceived undervaluation of Anthony, who is ranked 35th.

Bryce James is the younger son of NBA legend LeBron James. Despite his impressive skills and the buzz surrounding his potential, Bryce’s absence from the rankings has left fans in shock. One fan on Instagram commented:

"No Bryce James crazy work."

On the other hand, fans feel Kiyan Anthony’s position does not reflect his true talent, with one supporter declaring:

"Kiyan got robbed."

At the NBPA Top 100 Camp, Anthony showcased his abilities by scoring 42 points in one matchup and maintaining an average of 30 points per game. Ranked as the No. 9 shooting guard in his class and holding offers from top colleges like Syracuse, Tennessee and Michigan, Kiyan is set to make his college decision by the year's end.

Bryce, who stands at 6-foot-6 and weighs 180 pounds, transferred from Sierra Canyon High School to Notre Dame High School. Despite being ranked as the No. 148 prospect nationally and the No. 22 shooting guard in California, Bryce has already received a Division I scholarship offer from Duquesne.
