Orlando Magic PG Anthony Black's brother Beckham Black was elite in this Texas High School Basketball clash 

Beckham Black, brother of Orlando Magic point guard Anthony Black, is a standout in the Class of 2027. The Duncanville, Texas native is a four-star recruit according to Rivals, and a three-star recruit per On3.

Playing for the Duncanville High Panthers, Black showcased his skills in the game against RWG STEM Academy, leading the Panthers to an 83-45 victory. Check out his performance below:

His older brother, Anthony Black, was drafted sixth overall by the Orlando Magic in the 2023 NBA Draft. The 2004-born guard wears the #0 jersey for the Magic and has played 69 matches so far, averaging 4.6 points, two rebounds and 1.3 assists while shooting 46.6% from the field and 39.4% from beyond the arc.

According to On3, Beckham Black has ranked in the Top 300 point guards over the last three years. As a recruit, Black ranks 36th nationally, eighth in his position, and third in his state in the class of 2027.

The third-best point guard in Texas has some time before he decides which college he will choose. However, that has not stopped programs from across the nation from sending him an offer.

Black has already received four offers from the TCU Horned Frogs, USC Trojans, SMU Mustangs and the Mississippi State Bulldogs. He received two offers on July 16, 2024, from the TCU Horned Frogs and Bronny James' USA Trojans. His third proposal was just a day later, as the SMU Mustangs sent him an offer.

Mississippi State Bulldogs are the latest team to have sent an offer to Beckham Black on July 22, 2024. Additionally, 247Sports' journalist Eric Rossi listed him in the top seven players from 2027 to look out for at the USA Basketball's Final Four minicamp.

Rossi described Black as a player, who is full of skill and a competitive mindset. His shooting ability puts him ahead of plenty of other players and is a mature basketball player at his age.
