Four-star prospect Zaden Krempin has been one of the most promising interior offensive lineman prospects in the Class of 2026. The standout from Prosper High School in Texas has been named the 2024 District 6-6A MVP for the offensive line this week.
Krempin shared his excitement on X, tagging multiple Prosper coaches, including offensive line coach Brian Thompson, head coach Tyler Moore, offensive coordinator Malcolm Hill and tight end coach John Hutti.
"Honored to be selected as the 2024 District 6-6A OLine MVP. #steamrollers @ProsperEaglesFB @CoachSteamroll @Coach_Moore5 @Coach_Hill2 @CoachHutti," Krempin posted.
Krempin is a finalist for the prestigious 2024 Whataburger Super Team. The accolade highlights Texas high school football's elite players and will be determined by a public vote that runs through Dec. 31.
Krempin is still early in his recruitment, but Steve Sarkisian's Texas Longhorns have become one of the frontrunners to secure his commitment, especially after his visit to Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium during the school's 31-14 win over the Kentucky Wildcats on Nov. 23. The Longhorns rushed for over 200 yards for the second consecutive week.
Krempin also took note of Texas center and former Prosper star Jake Majors during the game. He lauded Majors' performance and said it was "great to see him" one last time in Austin.
The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine gives the in-state Longhorns a 14.7% chance of securing Krempin's commitment. The Longhorns' 2026 class already looks promising with the commitment of five-star quarterback Dia Bell and four-star wide receiver Chris Stewart. If Kremin commits to Texas, he would be able to play with two of the nation's best offensive stars.
For now, the SMU Mustangs are leading the race in Zaden Krempin's recruitment, with a 49.3% chance of securing his commitment. The Oklahoma Sooners and Michigan Wolverines are also in the race with 8.5% and 7.1% chances, respectively.
