"This Thursday": Carmelo Anthony's son Kiyan Anthony announces new merch drop from his clothing brand

Kiyan Anthony, the Syracuse signee and son of the 10-time NBA All-Star Carmelo Anthony, had a terrific year on the court. Off the court, the No. 1 player in New York also has an online clothing brand called "One Way." Anthony took to Instagram to give an update on the new merch drop for his clothing brand.

Influencer Tylil James was seen modeling the new merch on One Way's Instagram on Tuesday. Anthony reshared the post on his Instagram story to give the timeline for the latest merch drop:

The post also talked about the time and shipping policy of the drop:

Plenty of public figures, including PUNGA, Zoe Spencer, BTB DEZZ, and even Anthony himself, have modeled for the brand. Anthony talked about his goals for the brand in season two, episode two of "Overtime" on Sept. 21, 2024.

“My future goal for the brand is just to keep expanding eventually I want to open up a store in a city or something like that," Anthony said.

He also talked about promoting his brand through American rapper Lil Baby and Canadian rapper Drake.

"I want to open up a store if I could have anybody in One Way I would probably put a rapper like Lil Baby or like Drake in some one way like on the stage so I feel like one of those people had the brand on it would definitely blow,” he said (Timestamp: 11:14 - 11:46).

Anthony talked about his desire to get his brand promoted by Drake. He also spoke about the time he met the rapper in a video uploaded on YouTube by Overtime on Sept. 16, 2023:

"No, it wasn't the first time, but it was the first time in a minute, like, I didn't know he was going to recognize me like that and come up to me. And I didn't, yeah, it was just, I was panicking, I'm not going to lie, yeah. He was like, 'Keep going.' That was definitely one of the biggest, you know, points of the summer besides basketball stuff," Anthony said (Timestamp: 19:09 - 19:31).

Anthony will be joined by Sadiq White, Luke Fennell, and Aaron Womack at his father's alma mater, Syracuse, next season.
