Alabama's football program continues to attract elite talent, and the 2025 class is no different. Under the direction of Kalen DeBoer, the Crimson Tide has rebounded from a rocky period following Nick Saban's retirement, quickly stabilizing and climbing the national recruiting rankings. With 22 commitments, including five 5-star recruits, Alabama's class of 2025 is currently ranked No.2 in the nation.

Top three wide receivers commitment for Alabama:

#3 Dillon Alfred

Dillon Alfred, a 4-star wide receiver from Saraland High School in Alabama, is a promising prospect for the Crimson Tide's 2025 class. After de-committing from Ole Miss, Alfred's potential commitment to the Crimson Tide remains highly anticipated. Standing at 5-foot-11 and weighing 175 pounds, Alfred is known for his speed and agility.

As a junior this past year, Alfred had stats of 14 receptions for 196 yards, averaging 14 yards per catch. He contributed to 57 receptions for 1,196 yards and 15 touchdowns during his sophomore season at Gautier (Miss.), including a return touchdown off a kickoff.

He also runs track, and Alfred has become quite swift, posting 100-meter times of 11.42 and 11.46 seconds. Overall, On3 lists Alfred as the 373rd overall player, the 59th among wide receivers, and the 17th-best recruit in Alabama on its 2025 prospect list.

#2 Lotzeir Brooks

Hailing from Millville High School in New Jersey, Lotzeir Brooks is a 5-foot-9, 180-pound wide receiver. Brooks ranks as the 39th-ranked wide receiver and stands at No. 8 in the state of New Jersey for the class of 2025. His junior season was stellar, with 61 catches for 1,295 yards and 22 touchdowns.

As a sophomore, Brooks caught 69 passes for 1,089 yards and 14 touchdowns. His freshman campaign saw 37 catches for 971 yards and 15 touchdowns, along with a kickoff return touchdown. On his commitment to Alabama, Brooks said,

"I feel like they’ve been doing a great job with the class, he told On3. "I’ve seen all the recent news on social media. I don’t think we are going to slow down. They just focused on the relationship they build with the players. They make everyone feel at home and welcomed."

#1 Caleb Cunningham

A talented multi-sport player, Caleb Cunningham represents a great achievement for the 2025 Crimson Tide team. However, it was in his junior season when he made a phenomenal performance that saw him break the school record in receiving with 48 catches for 1,138 yards and 14 touchdowns.

His sophomore campaign consisted of him snagging 45 receptions for 443 yards and 6 points. The previous season saw him record 569 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns on 31 catches. Sharing his reflections on his decision, Cunningham said,

"I just knew it, man. It was really in the middle of the visit, he told On3. "It just felt different. I had been there before, and they were always high on my list, but I knew that was where I wanted to be. That is why I committed to Alabama."

Cunningham joins an impressive lineup of five-star commitments, including quarterback Keelon Russell and cornerback Dijon Lee.
