Four-star wide receiver Andrew Marsh is one of the most highly-touted prospects in the 2025 class. He will announce his commitment on Aug. 20 and his finalists are Michigan, Texas, USC, Colorado and Washington.

According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Michigan stands as the frontrunner to secure Marsh's pledge, holding a 90.9% chance of landing the wide receiver. Last month, he made an unofficial visit to Ann Arbor, where he participated in a camp and worked closely with the Wolverines' wide receiver coach, Ronald Bellamy.

“Michigan is really just somewhere I feel really comfortable, " Marsh told On3. "Close to the coaches over the years. We stayed in really good contact. It’s somewhere that wins every year and somewhere I feel I can be developed and get to the next level.”

Texas remains in the mix, with a slim 1.9% chance of landing Marsh's commitment. The Longhorns hosted him for an official visit in mid-June and the proximity to home is a big factor in their favor.

“For me, Texas is like the home school, " Marsh told SI. "It’s not too far from home. It’s my closest option to me. Recently they’ve put a lot of receivers in the league. I feel like I could go there and do the same.”

Colorado has experienced a resurgence of excitement under new head coach Deion Sanders, commonly known as "Coach Prime." Sanders' arrival has injected new energy into the program and Marsh has taken notice.

“The history of the program and the way that Coach Prime has come in and turned it around," Marsh told On3. "The publicity they bring and really the coaches with the portfolios they have and the knowledge they have at their school.”

USC is another program that Marsh has kept in high regard, even though the Trojans have only a 1.4% chance of landing his commitment. Marsh visited the program in June, where he was accompanied by USC's quarterback commit, Julian Lewis.

From head coach Lincoln Riley to wide receiver coach Dennis Simmons and quarterback coach Luke Huard, he had heavy praise for the whole coaching staff.

“For me, I would really say it’s the offense that they run," Marsh told SI. "Coach (Lincoln) Riley’s offensive mindset creates explosive plays. It's somewhere a receiver would love to play.”

Washington has emerged as a formidable competitor in Marsh's recruitment due to their "receiver-friendly offense" and the strong bond he has developed with the coaching staff.

"Washington I’m really cool with the coaches up there," Marsh told On3. "The ones coming from Arizona and I really like what they did at Arizona. Washington is a program that will throw the ball around and give me the ball a lot and somewhere I can display my game.”

Andrew Marsh's athletic profile

Andrew Marsh is the No. 66 overall prospect in the nation, the No. 10 wide receiver in the 2025 class and the No. 13 recruit in Texas, according to 247 Sports. On3 ranks him as the No. 168 overall prospect in the nation, the No. 24 wide receiver in the class and the No. 27 recruit from Texas.
