"Was so lit the young man needed sunglasses": Hoops fans react to Kiyan Anthony and mom La La's Thanksgiving celebrations 

Syracuse commit Kiyan Anthony was seen plenty of times on his mother La La Anthony's Instagram stories during Thanksgiving. The 6-foot-5 shooting guard was also a part of the reel his mother posted on Saturday as she showed the highlights of the party as the guests danced and had a blast.

"Super grateful to host Thanksgiving at my house again this year and be able to bring my whole family together!! Just a reminder what’s important! This was one for the books!!!! 🦃❤️🇵🇷," she captioned the post.

Anthony was seen giving a speech wearing his black sunglasses and the hoops fans took notice of that. They posted their reactions in the comment section:

"Was so lit the young man needed sunglasses 🕶️," a fan said when he saw Kiyan Anthony wearing sunglasses while dancing in the party.

Anthony had a memorable year on the court and likely had a great Thanksgiving party. While playing for Team Melo, Anthony averaged 19.6 points, 1.5 assists and 4.6 rebounds per game.

Kiyan Anthony's mother La La Anthony names her GOAT basketball player

Kiyan and La La Anthony made an appearance in Complex's video on YouTube in February, where they talked about their GOATs (Greatest of All Time's).

When his mother was asked her GOAT basketball player, La La shared a heartfelt reply:

"Mine is this kid I know named Kiyan Anthony, because nine months of my life I threw up every single day, nine times a day, laid on a cold bathroom floor because I had the worst and most difficult pregnancy ever. That is why seeing you now on the court and being so amazing you make your mom so proud and you are my GOAT basketball player." (8:18 - 8:45)

Anthony has started his final year in high school and will join Syracuse next season.
