No. 69 recruit Isaiah Sealy made his commitment official to Arkansas on Nov. 16. The small forward will play for the Razorbacks in the next season, however, he continues to put on stellar displays for his high school Springdale. The four-star recruit put on a show in the match against Central Tigers.
Famous basketball page Ballislife took to Instagram to share a video of a poster dunk Sealy made against the Tigers' defender. Watch the video of the dunk below:
The dunk also earned him comparisons with the 2-time NBA All-Star Ja Morant from the fans:
"Looks like a Ja type dunk 🔥🔥🔥," commented a fan.
Another fan commented, "Lil homie pre game mad him turn into ja."
The consensus four-star recruit had plenty of offers from top colleges including Saint Louis, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, and Creighton, including others before he chose to stay in his hometown and choose the Razorbacks after visiting their exhibition game vs. Kansas on Oct. 25.
On3's Jamie Shaw commended Isaiah Sealy's frame in his scouting report:
“With Isaiah Sealy you immediately notice the frame. He has good size with great length. He will need to continue adding weight, but his frame should take well to s college strength program. The flashes Sealy shows are intriguing. He is comfortable on the ball and shows quick processing ability when asked to make a decision."
Furthermore, while talking with On3, Isaiah Sealy talked about the reasons behind him choosing Arkansas, stating the trust he had in head coach John Calipari:
“Definitely the coaching staff building a relationship with me and my family and them believing me of course. Him and his staff talking to my family a lot about his past freshman and him showing how they produce pros and work!”
