Carlos Boozer’s sons, Cameron and Cayden, gave fans a peek into what their house looked like ahead of the Made Hoops' "Main Event," which took place in Miami between Dec. 7-9. The matchups were played at the Gibson Center of Miami-Dade College.
In a post uploaded by Instagram and Cayden's official accounts on Friday, the Boozer brothers, who both attend Christopher Columbus High School in Miami, took Instagram on a tour of their house in Miami ahead of their first matchup.
As expected, their rooms have a touch of the sport they love, featuring a basketball, a basket, a big frame of their jerseys and some of the awards from the tournaments they participated in. Aside from the basketball equipment, the Boozer brothers also showed the collections of sneakers in their wardrobes and a few of their baby pictures.
After showing off their rooms, the tour moved to the Made Hoops event, where the twins signed some merchandise for kids before turning their attention to playing ball. As for the game itself, the Boozer brothers helped Columbus win its first matchup of the tournament 73-55 against Dynamic Prep.
The brothers dropped a double-double in the game, with Cameron scoring 19 points and 15 rebounds while Cayden recorded 10 points and 10 assists.
In their second game against Gonzaga, Cameron dropped 31 points, while Cayden recorded 22 points and eight assists as Columbus won 85-79 to finish the Made Hoops tournament unbeaten. The contest was decided in triple overtime, showcasing the prowess of the two heavyweight high schools.
Since the event ended, the Boozer brothers have gone on to help Columbus win the City of Palms Classic, beating Montverde 59-57 in the championship game.
Currently, they are in New York participating in the Made Hoops Jordan Holiday Classic, helping Columbus beat Bullis 70-44 in its first matchup, with Cameron and Cayden dropping 18 and 15 points, respectively.
Boozer brothers leaving Miami for North Carolina
The Boozer brothers may be playing high school basketball with the Columbus Explorers in Miami, where they currently reside, but they are moving to Durham, North Carolina, soon. The twins are following in their father’s footsteps after committing to Duke for college basketball.
Their father, Carlos, a two-time NBA all-star, also played college basketball for the Blue Devils, winning a national championship in 2001. The Boozer brothers surprised many by choosing Duke ahead of the Miami Hurricanes, Florida Gators, Florida State Seminoles and Kentucky Wildcats.
