Fans reacted as five-star wide receiver Dakorien Moore, who's about to pull the curtains on his career at Duncanville High School in Duncanville, Texas, excelled on Tuesday.
The high school senior, who's committed to the Oregon Ducks is the nation's top wide receiver in his class. As the consensus No. 1 receiver, there's a level of performance expected of the 17-year-old.
He rarely disappoints, often giving fans a reason to cheer, like he did in his school's game against the Woodlands over the last weekend. Fans on social media reacted to Moore's incredible numbers in the game: 12 receptions for 226 yards and four touchdowns.
An Instagram user, mattapanmade, wrote:

Another, 49er_edits, pointed out the prolific partnership Moore has with five-star quarterback Keelon Russell at Duncanville:

Some are already anticipating how the prospect would perform at Oregon. An Instagram user, mp_jno wrote:

Dakorien Moore: track, gridiron and the future
Dakorien Moore is a multi-sport athlete who also runs tracks apart from playing football. His personal 100-meter dash record is 10.63 seconds, while his personal record for the 200-meter dash is 21.38. He reached the state finals in the 4x100 relay with the Duncanville track team.
Moore has been more recognized for his role with the Duncanville varsity football team, though. He played an important part when the team won the 6A Division I state championship in 2022. He received for 764 yards and six touchdowns that season.
Moore became a top recruiting target for many elite programs across the country, raking in 33 offers according to 247Sports. His recruitment gathered momentum over the summer as he officially visited Ohio State, LSU, Texas and Oregon. He announced his commitment to the Oregon Ducks in July.
Perhaps what has set him apart the most is his mindset as a big game player which he's intent on bringing to college football. Moore said:
“My freshman year, I was making big plays, and my sophomore year, I was also making big plays, so I think that was the standard that I set coming into high school. And I want to carry that over to the next level.”
Dakorien Moore is expected to sign early for the Ducks.
