Quentin Gibson, a three-star wide receiver from North Crowley High School (Fort Worth, Texas), led his team to the UIL Texas 6A Division 1 state championship on Saturday against Westlake High School (Austin, Texas).

The game featured two of the best teams in Texas as the Panthers came in with an unbeaten record of 15-0 and the Chaparrals had a record of 14-1 ahead of the game.

The game took place at AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas and was expected to be a close encounter. However, the Panthers came in hot after their semifinal win against the Duncanville Panthers (Duncanville, TX) and won 50-21.

Gibson was the biggest factor in North Crowley's win as he caught the ball seven times for 181 yards and scored three touchdowns.

On3 Recruits shared Gibson's highlights from the game on X and fans were left amazed by the talented wide receiver's impressive outing.

"Legendary," one fan said.
"The speed of Jimmy Horn with the playmaking of Wester all rolled into one! Wow Boulder gone be lit!" another fan wrote.
"Yea he’s hard," another fan commented.

While he received a lot of praise for his performance, some fans criticized the recruiting website for rating him as a three-star prospect.

"There is no way this kid should be a 3 star," one fan wrote.
"This kid is a 5 Star. There no way you can name 2-3 WR’s better then him," another fan said.
"He’s the best wr down there," another fan commented.

It was a fantastic end to his high school career, and he will now take his talents to Colorado next year.
