Cocoa High School (FL) senior quarterback Brady Hart led his team to a Florida 2A State Championship in his final high school football game. On Thursday, Dec. 12, Cocoa defeated Gadsen County 38-27. In the game, Hart accumulated 259 passing yards and a touchdown while running for a touchdown as well.
The Cocoa Tigers went 11-3 on the season and 2-0 in the district with a first-place nod. They're also ranked 44th nationally and the No. 8 high school football team in Florida. They scored more than 30 points in all but one game this season.
Brady Hart finished his High School football career with 8,244 passing yards and 82 touchdowns with only 20 interceptions. The 6-foot 195-pound quarterback is an accurate passer with good footwork and pocket presence.

Brady Hart is rated as a 3-star prospect, 28th quarterback in the country, and 57th best player in the state of Florida according to 247sports. He was originally a class of 2026 recruit but reclassified to 2025. He held offers from schools like Oregon, Ohio State, UNC, Ole Miss, Michigan, Texas A&M, etc.
Brady was committed to the Michigan Wolverines in June 2024 but de-committed on Nov. 29, flipping his commitment to Texas A&M. He signed his Letter of Intent during the early signing day to play college football for the Aggies. He's forgoing his senior year of high school and enrolling early at Texas A&M.
Brady's trainer Baylin Bujillo spoke on his commitment to the Aggies saying,
“He loved his visit last summer to Texas A&M. It would have been one of his final three schools, if he put out a list. I’m more surprised that he chose to reclassify more than anything. But I’m happy he was on campus and was able to meet with coaches. If it wasn’t Michigan, A&M was always the second choice. So, he will be on campus and enrolling as a 16-year-old in January.”
